About the role We're hiring a senior, versatile engineer who can work across both mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and the backend / full stack. You'll be hands-on in the apps, instrumenting them and building the server-side services behind them, as well as on the marketing operations tooling our teams run on. This is a rare full-spectrum role for someone who genuinely likes owning a feature from the client SDK all the way to the server. This is a founding-engineer opportunity. Because the team is early and serves the entire Match Group portfolio, you'll set its technical direction and standards, make the early architecture decisions the rest of the team will build on, and help shape and grow the team as it scales.
