Set the strategy for how Match Group drafts, negotiates, and manages procurement, vendor, and SaaS/technology agreements, balancing legal risk with the speed the business needs. Own the Legal Operations function. Lead the Legal Operations team responsible for our contract lifecycle management, billing, and legal-tech tooling strategy and execution, including deciding how Legal Ops continues to uplevel the global Legal Team operation, putting AI and automation at the center of that strategy.
