What You'll Do - Tinder-Specific Learning & Leadership Development Lead the learning and development strategy for Tinder, identifying priority skills and building targeted solutions that support growth across functions. Partner with Tinder People Business Partners and leaders in Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and beyond to co-create learning programs tailored to the brand's needs.
