We're looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to jump in and learn about our legal practice areas and their technology tools, become an expert in our legal systems, use data to identify new opportunities, and communicate to make them happen. You'll report to our Director, Legal Operations and will be able to grow professionally as we branch out into new areas. This role is ideal for someone building their career in Legal Ops who wants broad exposure to different practice areas and hands-on learning. Build clear reports and dashboards for lawyers to access meaningful metrics from within our legal systems. Support internal communications for the Legal team, helping lawyers work more efficiently and ensuring business partners get the support they need. Help implement new legal systems and tools. Develop training guides, video walkthroughs, and quick tips and communicate clearly so everyone is set up for success.
